Sota Pup Self Serve Dog Wash

Came in for my first time, wanted to see what the buzz was about. Dog self washes are showing up everywhere. I never heard of a car wash and a dog wash ; it peaked my curiosity. It was very pretty and eye appealing outside. Staff working up front Kylie was very nice she was informative with my questions I had & walked me through the process. As I walked through it seemed to me that this place has been put to the side. Walls were dirty, dog hair on the walls and floors going into the drying rooms, watered down shampoo and conditioner. End product my dog did get clean, she was not fully dry as would just take too long, I decided it was a nice enough day outside to finish off in the sun on a walk. I would be back if I was only in a need for a quick fix clean. My personal opinion over priced for what is offered to you as part of the purchase.

Sota Pup is clean, organized and overall very nice to walk into. There are 6 tubs and 3 drying rooms. They provide everything you need to give your dog a good bath. With all of that being said, I will not return due to the customer service. I really enjoyed what was offered but I prefer to spend my money in environments with friendly employees/interactions. Thank you!

I have a membership and it’s well worth it for me and my Great Dane. So appreciative that their tubs fit his 140lbs, and the staff is very nice and patient. Also really love all the shampoo options, and that you get conditioner too. Highly recommend.

My husband and I usually wash our dogs at home, but today we tried Soda Pup Dog Wash with our two 50-pound doodles (and our two kids, ages 2 and 6, in tow). I was so impressed! The staff member working was absolutely phenomenal—patient, kind, and helpful the whole time. The facilities are gorgeous, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The wash stations had plenty of room, the water was perfectly temperature-controlled, and the products were high quality and gentle (perfect for my dogs’ sensitive skin). Afterward, we were able to use the drying room where everything was clean, safe, and easy to manage. As a mom, it can be stressful juggling kids and dogs, but this place made it so easy. The experience was seamless, well-priced, and honestly a lifesaver. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for creating such a wonderful spot for families and their pets!

Sure, here's the revised review: --- I recently visited the new Maple Grove location of Sota Pup Wash next to Hy-Vee, and I had an outstanding experience! The facility is clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything needed for a thorough wash. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and answering all my questions. My pup came out looking and smelling great, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate the attention to detail and the high level of customer service provided. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Sota Pup Wash to other pet owners!
